Paysafe Banking Overview
Paysafe is one of the payment processors that CrowdChange is partnered with.
CrowdChange works with different payment processors depending on the needs of your organization. If you have any questions about which payment processor is right for your organization, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Partner Success Representative to discuss your options.
Paysafe Security
Paysafe is Level 1 PCI Compliant, which is the most stringent level of security available in the payment processing industry. Paysafe is audited annually and has maintained its PCI DSS for over 10 years.

Paysafe’s payment gateway processes millions of transactions per day globally, and we understand the importance of security and our role in helping our customers protect sensitive data.
The CRA (Canadian Revenue Agency) requires Paysafe to collect account owner information to help combat tax fraud, stop donations coming from flagged organizations, and other security concerns. Please note that this is not something that CrowdChange or Paysafe mandate but rather something that is required by government regulators.
Setting Up Paysafe Banking
All Paysafe banking settings are completed with Paysafe directly.
The sign-up link that your Partner Success Representative has provided is unique to your organization and will have any negotiated rates associated with it. Do not attempt to sign up with Paysafe using any link other than what has been provided to you.
Once your organization has completed the sign-up process with Paysafe, all that is required on your CrowdChange site is to provide the Paysafe Account ID that is issued to your account. This can be done by accessing the Banking page within the Admin menu. Please see the image below:

Once you have entered your Paysafe Account ID on the Banking page, your account information will populate in the box to the right of this information. Please confirm your account details prior to launching any fundraisers in order to ensure that your account is linked correctly.
Payouts
Payout Reports are not available within your CrowdChange admin reporting - this information will live within your Paysafe dashboard.
