Integrating CrowdChange with Raiser's Edge and Raiser's Edge NXT

Importacular by Zeidman Development is your import tool for bringing all CrowdChange information into Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT. See the video below for a brief introduction to Importacular:

CrowdChange charges a one-time fee to build a custom API in order to connect your CrowdChange site to Importacular. This fee also covers the development costs of maintaining this connection over the life cycle of the CrowdChange platform.

Installing Importacular

Importacular is a free plug-in for Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT. It is available for both Blackbaud-hosted and self-hosted accounts.

If your Raiser’s Edge or Raiser’s Edge NXT account is hosted by Blackbaud, Importacular is available as a default plug-in. If you do not see Importacular in your plug-ins section, contact Zeidman Development.

If you are self-hosted, please register for a ZeidZone account to download the plug-in.

Using Importacular

Once the Importacular plug-in is installed, take a look at our CrowdChange Import Demo video for further information on how to integrate your CrowdChange site with Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Please note that you will need to determine the mapping of all fields within Importacular.

Please note that data flow from CrowdChange to Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT through Importacular is not automatic. You must manually initiate the upload in order to see results in Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT.
